I have always liked to keep a careful eye on my home finances and in today's economic climate this is even more important.

For many years I have used spreadsheets and commercial programs such as Quicken and MS Money to help me not only track my expenditure accurately but even more importantly let me look ahead to see where and when the bills will pile up and let me budget accordingly. For some time now Quicken has only been available in the US and I have found MS Money (if you can get a copy ) to be bloated and cumbersome.

I was delighted to find therefore HOME ACCOUNTZ ( yes it is spelt with a Z!) a great little piece of software at a reasonable price that does everything I want and more. Even better it is developed by a UK company and they are constantly improving it in response to customer requests and provide good support.
